Requirements
Drug free including pre-hire and random drug testing
Clean driving record for 3 years (minor tickets possible okay)
No sex offenders, felons, etc.
Be able to work out of town 5 days/4 night a week
be a legal U.S. Citizen
Speak fluent and understand English
Hard working and good attitude
Commercial driver's license preferred
About the Company
Areas we work in include most of Central, North and West Texas working as an electrical contractor for TxDot and municipalities of various cities. The type of work we do is primarily in traffic signals and highway illumination. We install conduit, concrete foundations, wire, and pretty much everything that has to do with traffic signals and highway illumination. We are members of the AGC and have been a family owned and operated business since 1952. Our home office is based out of Abilene and have a second location in the Midland/Odessa area. We are looking for laborers, CDL is very preferred but just a driver’s license is required. Pay is based on experience, but typical starting wage is $16.00 per hour for non-CDL and $18.00 with CDL. Typically gone Monday thru Friday working about 50-55 hours plus or minus depending on weather and conditions. Currently looking to hire equipment operators, laborers, and typical construction workers.
